Just recently at quit smoking in 60 minutes in Capalaba I had a client who came to me with what he termed depression. With a bit of investigation I found out that he was depressed because his business was not doing well and that is all he could think of. Typically, what he was thinking was what he was getting. With further talking I found out that he had a great skill in solving problems. I then asked him to change his thinking. I asked him to think of his lack of business as a problem and as a great problem solver come up with a solution. There was an immediate change. His thinking changed and so did his attitude. What you think
Many of my clients come to me with the thinking that it is hard to quit smoking and that it is a part of them. When they think that like that it is hard. You get what you think! My suggestion is that instead of thinking that it is hard to quit smoking and cigarettes think that it is now the right time to quit and because of this it will be easy. As for it being part of who you are, think that would you like to be part of something that will slowly but surely kill you?
Change your thinking about quitting and you will find that it will really help you to quit smoking and breathe fresh air.
