There is a lot of pressure from society for people to quit smoking. People are being ostracised and it is getting harder and harder to find a place to smoke. Apart from this the cost of smoking cigarettes is getting more and more.want to

I have a friend who says that he really enjoys smoking, he says that it is his special something and that he does not want to give up. His family frequently put pressure on him to stop smoking and he says at times he feels that he is almost being bullied.

If you enjoy smoking cigarettes and you decide to quit smoking because of family and societal pressure the odds are that you will not quit smoking. People in this position often go to hypnotherapy to quit because they mistakenly believe that hypnosis can make them do something that they do not want to do.

The truth of the matter is that unless you want to stop smoking anything that you try will not work! Ask yourself the question, if cigarettes were free would I still smoke them. If the answer is yes then don’t waste your time or money in trying to quit smoking.
