• Will be around for their children and grandchildren
• More money
• Able to socialise with whomever they want whenever they want
• Less inconvenience
• Smell fresher
• Don’t have to lie about smoking
• More time and more efficient
• Better health
There are many more benefits to be gained by quitting. The list above is by no means all the benefits; they are just the most common ones that we hear about.
When you look at the list it makes sense to quit smoking. They far outweigh the benefits that you get from smoking. If you want to quit smoking we suggest that you make a list of the benefits that you get from smoking and quitting smoking. When you see how lopsided the benefits are it will help you to resolve to quit smoking.
