It is common to have a person sitting in front of me that by their own admission structures their day, no lives around cigarettes. They are constantly making sure that they have enough cigarettes so that they do not run out or they have to leave a gathering so that they can smoke.
You can see the control when they say that they have given up but have gone back to it. The fact of the matter is that smoking does control you. If it didn’t you would not constantly be thinking about smoking or doing the things that you do not want to do.
If you are happy smoking and being controlled by smoking it is not an issue, but if you are unhappy about the control that smoking and cigarettes has over you do something about it.
If you look at the stats you will see that the success rate of quitting using will power, drugs or nicotine patches is around 7%. The success rate with hypnosis and this includes group hypnosis which is nowhere as powerful as one on one is 70-80%.
Looking at this it is logical to say that if you want to quit smoking cigarettes it would be better to look at hypnosis first up.
