Control. What me!!

One of the things that amaze me at quit smoking in 60 minutes here in Capalaba is that most of the people that have come to quit smoking do not see that the habit of smoking cigarettes controls them.

It is common to have a person sitting in front of me that by their own admission structures their day, no lives around cigarettes. They are constantly making sure that they have enough cigarettes so that they do not run out or they have to leave a gathering so that they can smoke.

Mindchatter

I was recently talking to someone who has quit smoking and they were remarking on the mind chatter that is going on. They said that it was constant and whilst it seemed to go away when they were busy the moment they were not the mind chatter came back and it was really hard to stay on track with quitting.

A new study says that if women quit smoking before the age of 30 they could almost completely reverse the impact of smoking, while those aged forty could stand to add at least ten years to their life.
